Diabetes Outreach
Diabetes Outreach is a South Australian Department of Health program set up to:
- Provide training and support to rural and remote health professionals
- Support local and regional networks
- Facilitate access to evidence based standards of care
- Facilitate access to information about quality assurance & documentation
- Facilitate access to information about population health needs

- Teaching resources for professional & client education.
- Face to face education in South Australian rural & remote areas.
- Access to other health professionals for peer support.
